When 17 year old Natalie goes to Texas for the summer, she has a lot of pressure on her shoulders. Natalie’s aunt has decided to allow two foreign exchange students into her home. She was always taking in strays off the street, so why not a kid or two? It’s Natalie’s job to help them get settled in. With limited English and everyone seeming to flock to her new cousins, Andrew and Meeka, it’s not exactly the popularity Natalie had in mind. Natalie realizes her new foreign cousins aren’t that bad. In fact, they’re pretty cool. Almost too cool, as they show Natalie a side of herself she never knew existed. Her cousin Drew is drop dead gorgeous and according to the boys at school, his sister, Meeka, is the ideal foreign exchange student. When school starts, Natalie is able to help her cousins adjust to their new country. It’s almost like they’ve been friends forever. But after a Christmas vacation goes horribly wrong, Natalie finds herself caught between deadly secrets that might just take the life of everyone she loves. Including her own.
